Over 1,300 rescues have been conducted in Rasuwa by the UAE Search and Rescue Team, using drones and aerial imaging to locate affected communities amid challenging terrain. The team coordinates with local officials to prioritize search zones and support emergency teams in their efforts to locate missing persons. As of Sept. 6, authorities have conducted 1,356 rescues, transported 1,414 individuals to safety, and recovered 169 bodies. Nepal Police are asking for DNA samples from relatives of missing persons for identification purposes.
