    A ruling issued by a New Mexico state court mandates that Meta allocate $567 million into a dedicated youth mental health fund. The decision came after the court determined that the social media giant’s platforms amounted to a public nuisance. Presiding Judge Bryan Biedscheid of the First Judicial District Court in Santa Fe delivered the verdict after a three-week bench trial.
